Working with us means you'll positively influence our customers' lives and support them when they need us.Role OverviewAs the Customer Banking Specialist Relief, you'll:Engage in in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice.Support local branches: Quirindi, Gunnedah, Walcha, Armidale, and be able to travel as needed.Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and credit application processing.Conduct Financial Health Checks to assess and identify customers' financial needs.Educate customers on branch technology and digital banking options.Problem solve and provide effective solutions while adhering to processes and maintaining a risk-aware culture.Candidate ProfileWe are interested in candidates who have:Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitality.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial terms clearly.Ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and prioritize customer needs.Capability to work in a busy retail environment while providing holistic solutions.A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and enhancing our customers' financial wellbeing.Our CommitmentWe aim to make a positive impact on customers, communities, and each other.
