This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Coordinator to play a key role in supporting and strengthening quality systems across the Australian business. You will work closely with operations and site leaders to ensure quality standards, documentation, audits and continuous improvement initiatives are embedded and consistently followed.
This role offers a unique, end-to-end view of a complex manufacturing environment and the chance to be a hands-on contributor during a period of strong growth and operational evolution.
About you:
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing
• Strong people skills with the ability to negotiate and present to large groups
• A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly motivated
• Strong business acumen and highly numerate
• Confident with software and systems and exposure to Excel
