Key Responsibilities:
* Draft, review and negotiate core agreements.

* Provide commercial and client-focused legal guidance.

* Apply a collaborative and results-driven approach to tasks.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in private practice commercial law. Recent experience acting for the government on complex procurements will be highly regarded.

* Post-qualified experience (PQE) in commercial law
