Location : Northern Beaches (in office role!)
You would be working with a leading activewear brand based on the Northern Beaches - you will own and optimise the end-to-end digital commerce experience, balancing performance with customer experience, data with intuition, and speed with stability.
You'll work closely with the CEO, Head of Marketing, and Creative Director, as well as content and design teams, to drive growth across their online platforms.
The Role
This is a hands-on ownership role. You'll be analysing conversion data and CRM performance through to collaborating on a site optimisation initiative, launching a campaign, refining customer journeys or managing platform enhancements with internal and external partners.
You'll also manage wholesale partners, marketplace partners, and customer service - making this a genuinely broad commercial role with real impact on revenue and retention.

What You'll Be Doing
* Own the digital roadmap across campaigns, product launches, promotions, memberships, and retention initiatives
* Manage the Shopify site day-to-day: structure, navigation, UX, merchandising, product setup, and content accuracy
* Own on-site promotions, discount codes, banners, and conversion pathways
* Manage marketplace partners (e.g. The ICONIC, TWL) including product management, pricing, and growth strategies
* Manage integrations across the tech stack including Yotpo (reviews, loyalty), VennApps, and ongoing Shopify app management
* Own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy using Klaviyo
* Build and optimise automated email and SMS flows: welcome, post-purchase, win-back, loyalty, and reactivation journeys
* Own performance reporting across GA4, Shopify analytics, Klaviyo, and Yotpo
* Track and analyse revenue, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase rate, LTV, CRM engagement, and platform health
About You
* 3–5 years' experience managing eCommerce, CRM, and digital platforms for a high-growth consumer or DTC brand
* Confident in GA4, data analysis, and turning performance insights into action
* Experience with UX, CRO, and onsite merchandising
* Comfortable managing marketplace relationships and wholesale partner platforms
