Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of the island's buildings, resorts, and staff facilities. Where you'll make an impact
* Maintain and paint resort, commercial, and staff accommodation buildings
* Prioritise and complete urgent maintenance and repair requests
* Keep accurate records of time and materials used
* Maintain the condition and security of all company tools and equipment
* Assist other maintenance team members and perform additional duties as required
* Contribute to a safe and clean work environment at all times
What we're looking for
You're a skilled painter who takes pride in your workmanship, values safety, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. You thrive in a hands‐on environment and are motivated to deliver high‐quality finishes that make a visible difference every day.
To be successful, you'll need
* Certificate III in Painting & Decorating or relevant professional experience
* Manual driver licence
* White Construction Card
* Work Safely at Heights certification
* Elevated Work Platform (above 11 metres) licence – highly desirable
