Australian HVAC Services has a Full-time - 38 hrs per week position available for a focused, energetic, punctual, reliable receptionist/administrator to join our established team based in Kewdale.
The suitable candidate will be able to multi-task & ensure a high level of service to our clients.

Provide support to our admin team
Report reviewing
Emails
Distribute mails
Digital & Hard Copy Filing
Adhoc Duties
Skills and Attributes
Basic level of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
High attention to detail
Confident to work autonomously
Be well presented
Exceptional organisational skills
Excellent communication both verbal and written skills
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with office software applications.
