This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone looking to work for a wonderful organisation with a real passion and purpose behind what they do. This education based organisation is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team.
Reporting through to the Director of People and Culture you will be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition process for the organisation. Additionally, you will be supporting the broader People & Culture team with HR activities and various projects.
Key responsibilities will include (not limited):
- Liaise with hiring managers and P&C; Advisors regarding vacancies. 
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance checks. 
- Develop a strong Employee Value Proposition and talent attraction strategies. 
- Process improvement and implementation. 
- HR Administration and Projects.
To be successful in the role you will have**:
- Min 2-3 years' experience as a Recruiter (both internal and agency will be considered) 
- Possess a high level of integrity, self-awareness, with a decisive and responsive approach to all matters; 
- Confidence owning the end-to-end recruitment process. 
- Excellent attention to detail and diary management skills. 
- Have robust communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to connect and build meaningful, trusting and collaborative relationships;
