We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to support the Classic Hornet Sustainment Services program. This role is based in Williamtown and is an ideal opportunity for a developing Project Manager to diversify their experience in Project Management on a program that is drawing down.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with various members of the project leadership team, stakeholders to develop and maintain project reports, key milestones and oversee progress to ensure all goals are met on time;
- Multi-tasking and coordinating multiple aspects of projects while ensuring critical information is shared;
- Assist with outlining work plans, assigning tasks, responsibilities and scopes of authority, ensuring documentation is of high standard;
- Provide general support as part of a multi-skilled team to ensure successful Withdrawal/Phase Out of the Classic Hornet program;
- Provide some degree of redundancy for the Withdrawal Lead where required.
We require:
* Understanding of Project Management discipline highly desirable;
* Demonstrated ability to effectively engage, communicate with stakeholders;
* Excellent computer skills including the Microsoft Office range;
* Exceptional communication skills both written and oral;
* Experience in risk management and/or change management;
