About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and outgoing Business Development Associate to support event delivery and stakeholder engagement across Western Australia within the medical sector.
This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals looking to build hands-on experience in events, relationship management, and professional engagement. You'll be involved in coordinating and delivering local events, managing logistics, and engaging with medical students and early-career doctors to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
Working closely with the WA Business Development team, you'll gain exposure to stakeholder engagement, communications, and event execution in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with planning, coordinating, and delivering local events
* Manage event logistics including venues, catering, speakers, and on-the-day support
* Engage confidently with stakeholders and attendees
* Represent the organisation at events and professional functions
* Support the Business Development team with engagement activities and follow-ups
About You
* Recent graduate or early-career professional, or experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or a client-facing role
* Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking with a wide range of people
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
* Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
* Interest or exposure to healthcare or professional services is a bonus
