Job Description:
* Deliver Personalised In-Home Physiotherapy Services: Provide evidence-based physiotherapy services to older adults in their homes, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
* Facilitate Group Exercise and Healthy Lifestyle Programs: Develop and lead group exercise programs to promote strength, balance, and overall wellness among older adults.
* Help Clients Achieve Their Goals: Work collaboratively with clients to identify and overcome barriers, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.

Requirements:
* Registered Physiotherapist: Be a registered Physiotherapist (AHPRA) with experience working in community care settings.
* Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Comfort with Technology: Be comfortable using technology, including MS Office and client management software.
