Hulk Hardware is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality tilt hardware sold all over Australia. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Coordinator to manage office operations and drive sales and marketing efforts. Based in Moffat Beach on the Sunshine Coast, we are a small but fast-growing business that designs, patents, and manufactures industry-leading hardware capable of lifting 500KG. Established in 2020, we proudly supply garage door companies across the country.
About the Role:
This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.00pm. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of customer accounts, marketing activities, and administrative functions to ensure seamless office operation while contributing to our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
• Sustain and build relationships with existing clients
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Identify new sales opportunities and perform outbound sales calls to grow the customer base
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
• Develop and manage social media content to promote products and engage audiences
• Execute marketing campaigns, including cold calling and email outreach
• Collaborate on strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
Operational Coordination:
• Process orders, manage accounts, and handle invoicing
• Oversee inventory and ensure smooth freight operations
• Support office administration and general operational tasks
