Front of House / Venue Manager (Full Time or Permanent Part‐Time)
The Shared Table is a well‐regarded regional dining venue in the heart of Buninyong, known for hyper‐local produce, thoughtful seasonal menus, and a warm, community‐focused approach to hospitality. We are seeking an experienced and professional Front of House Manager to join our team in either a Full Time or Permanent Part Time.

About the Role
The Front of House / Venue Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, including:
* Overseeing daily FOH service and maintaining high standards of customer care
* Managing rostering, stock control, ordering, and menu updates
* Supporting basic venue procedures including opening/closing, cleanliness, and compliance
* Working collaboratively with our chefs to deliver a cohesive, produce‐driven dining experience
* Leading, training, and supporting a small FOH team
* Assisting with planning and coordinating events
* Ensuring all guests receive a warm, professional, and memorable experience
* About You
* We are looking for someone who brings:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A genuine interest in local produce, wine, and cocktails
* A calm, professional presence and a hands‐on approach
* The ability to lead a small team with confidence and care
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Social media experience preferred but not essential
