About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a robust and collaborative relationship between our onsite team and venue management. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and venue staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and venue staff to ensure smooth delivery of events
2. Educate and advise clients on audio-visual equipment, digital options, and crew requirements to meet their presentation needs and budget
3. Maintain and disseminate crew rosters and schedules to ensure efficient event staging services
4. Identify opportunities to increase profitable revenue in applicable venues
Requirements
* Prior experience in events or sales environment
* Relevant experience in AV and hospitality
* Excellent planning, organisational, time management, and account management skills
