The Role Due to growth, there are now three fantastic opportunities for Solicitors to join the Dispute Resolution team, based out of the firm's Sydney office. These roles will see you collaborating closely with market-leading Partners alongside other prominent lawyers within their local, national, and global network. The first role will be focused on general commercial litigation including commercial disputes, regulatory matters as well as other complex and strategic disputes. The second role will be focused on contentious financial services regulatory matters including competition law disputes, internal investigations, commissions of inquiry, and other commercial litigation. In general, you will be exposed to a range of clients (national and international) and be involved in delivering excellent service through effective file management and proactive issue resolution. You'll also have the opportunity to develop a network of relationships and contribute to business development with current and potential new clients. Requirements The successful candidate will ideally have 2-5 years' post admission experience (however our client is open to candidates with less or more experience within reason) and have experience in delivering advice on a range of general commercial litigation or financial services matters from a private practice setting.
