* You will be responsible for developing and implementing plans that drive engagement, retention, and growth within your designated area.
Main Responsibilities
* Travel: You will spend time meeting employers and members across Sydney and Central West NSW, building relationships and maintaining connections to enhance engagement and resolve issues.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans that ensure retention and provide growth opportunities.
* Educational Outreach: Organise and deliver educational seminars for employers and members, both in person and virtually.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely records of employer and member interactions.
* Campaign Promotion: Promote campaigns and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience: 5 years in a similar role within financial services or superannuation.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of superannuation products including defined benefits, risk, insurance, Centrelink, investment choices, and pension-based products.
* Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
