Job Description
As a Trade Counter Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople. Your primary objective will be to assist customers in accessing the products they need for building and renovation projects, while also undertaking various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
A Day in the Life
* Provide expert advice and information about products to customers
* Prepare quotes both in person and over the phone
* Perform pick, pack and stock control activities
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Occasionally make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences
