About the Role
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and supporting logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to stores and warehouses, including E-Commerce. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain inventory accuracy and prevent stock loss across all locations.
* Manage delivery requirements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse teams for timely stock movement and customs clearance.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with warehouses, operations teams, and third-party logistics providers.
* Support stock-take activities and monitor logistics KPIs.
* Analyse logistics data to identify operational improvements and support new projects.
* Troubleshoot logistics issues, including those related to automated warehouse systems.
Requirements
* Strong organisational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential) and logistics software.
* Minimum of two years' experience in logistics operations.
* Experience in retail coordination, automated warehouses, or 3PL management is highly desirable.
* A valid driver's licence.
