About the role
TRS Staffing is currently searching for an E&I Supervisor to join our esteemed clients team based in Perth. This position is based on a Monday to Friday full-time roster.
Duties and responsibilities
* Supervise E&I maintenance and breakdown work on mining plant.
* Coordinate daily tasks, shutdowns, and permits.
* Ensure compliance with WA mining and electrical regulations.
* Lead fault‑finding on HV/LV, control, and instrumentation systems.
* Manage contractors and allocate resources.
* Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records.
* Drive safety culture and hazard management on site.
Skills and experience required
* Strong background in electrical and instrumentation work on mining plant or processing equipment.
* Experience leading or supervising E&I teams in a mining or heavy‑industry environment.
* Solid fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills across HV/LV, control systems, and instrumentation.
* Good knowledge of WA electrical legislation, mining regulations, and site safety standards.
* Ability to plan work, manage contractors, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
