Centre Manager Job Description
We are seeking a Centre Manager to manage a designated portfolio of retail shopping centres on behalf of a major national client in Brisbane.
The role involves establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, safe and an inviting destination for customers.
* Provide support to the client in administering the requirements of leases and licenses.
* Managing and keeping tenancy schedules accurate.
* Assist in the preparation of annual income and expenditure budgets.
* Manage and maintain bank guarantees.
* Regular centre inspection to ensure the highest level of presentation.
* Monitor and follow up any maintenance related queries and works.
* Establish strong relationships with occupiers including managing any complaints.
* Provide CAPEX recommendations to the FM team.
* Provide marketing and promotional activity support.
* Arrears management.
* Monthly financial reporting.
* Expense forecasting
Key Responsibilities:
The Centre Manager will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with retailers.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including tenancy schedules and financial data.
* Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
* Managing and maintaining bank guarantees and other agreements.
* Conducting regular centre inspections to ensure high standards of presentation.
* Responding to maintenance-related queries and works in a timely and efficient manner.
* Managing complaints from occupiers and resolving issues promptly.
* Providing CAPEX recommendations to the FM team.
* Supporting marketing and promotional activities to enhance the centre's appeal.
* Managing arrears and ensuring timely payment from tenants.
* Providing monthly financial reports and expense forecasts.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in the Property industry (Retail management essential)
* Certificate of Registration / Agent's Rep (essential)
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong and demonstrated ability to build relationships
* Customer centric approach
* Proven time management and organisational skill
* Knowledge of Centre operations
