Keystone Tasmania is seeking a Communications and Engagement Advisor to help promote training opportunities, career pathways and stronger industry involvement in developing Tasmania’s future building and construction workforce.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across communications, digital content, stakeholder engagement and events in a small and collaborative team environment.

* Monitoring communication trends and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and reach
This role would suit someone who is proactive with strong communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into clear, authentic communications that resonate with people working in the building and construction industry.
About You
You’re someone who enjoys working across a mix of communications, engagement and creative projects, you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in, and you take pride in dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s.
You will bring:
* Experience in communications, stakeholder engagement or similar roles involving content creation, campaigns or audience engagement
* Confidence using digital communication platforms, social media and Microsoft Office
* Confidence creating professional, audience-appropriate graphics and communications materials using Canva or similar design tools, with an understanding of good visual design principles
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging and audience-appropriate content

We offer:
* Flexible full-time or part-time arrangements
* A collaborative and supportive workplace
* Meaningful work connected to industry and workforce development across Tasmania
* A small team environment where your efforts won’t go unnoticed
