Job Title: Club Operations Specialist
The Club operates a number of key activities to support its members and sailing community. Our Club Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Club Administration: Manage club communications, oversee financial administration using Xero, coordinate membership renewals, club licensing, insurance and compliance.
* Event Management: Organise events, memberships, training and sailing programs.
* Content Creation: Create engaging promotional content for social media and other channels.
* Stock Management: Manage inventory of merchandise, equipment and supplies.
* Committee Support: Assist committees with planning, logistics and administration tasks.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Xero, Canva and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask, solve problems and manage time independently.
* Positive attitude and alignment with our values.
* Current driver's licence and ability to obtain QLD Blue Card and First Aid certificate.
