Customer Support Specialist
The role of the Customer Support Officer is to provide high-quality virtual and onsite ICT support across the South West Region. This involves engaging with members and customers to provide excellent customer service and technical assistance, while meeting overall Service Level Agreement targets.

In addition to providing ICT support, the Customer Support Officer will also be responsible for ensuring that all interactions with customers and stakeholders are professional and courteous at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits;
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner;
* Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met;
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues;
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to ICT support;
