We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Placement Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in facilitating care services planning and care options for children within the Child Protection program. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of accommodation requirements, negotiation skills, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery for children in care.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate care services planning and coordination for children within the Child Protection program.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in child protection.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a government agency or non-profit organization.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
