Strategic Enablement Role
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the execution of business enablement services.
* Support senior leadership teams in strategic planning, documenting objectives and tracking progress against key initiatives.
* Maintain service catalogues and functional documentation, supporting service re-alignments that result in people changes.
* Collate monthly reporting for performance metrics and SLAs.
* Draft communications and support event logistics.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organisation.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can manage deliverables against rapidly shifting priorities and respond to internal and external demands.

The remit of this role is varied, and we expect the successful candidate to be adaptable and take initiative.
Other responsibilities may include:
* Supporting collation, formatting and submission of committee reporting.
* Supporting business finance expenditure monitoring and reporting.
* Managing resource recruitment approvals and movements.
* Working with other enablement teams to provide information as requested by senior leadership teams.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
* A minimum 3 years' experience in banking or strategy consulting.
* Strong ability to collaborate with others.
* Excellent use of Microsoft suite (primarily PowerPoint and Excel).
* Ability to manage deliverables against rapidly shifting priorities.
* Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
