Dual role across all admin and support aspects for Sydney Office

The purpose and focus of this newly defined role is to provide a central contact point for all Sydney-based employees, facilitating the smooth and efficient operation of the office and liaising with other Cbus departments including Facilities and Technology in respect of Sydney-based office requirements and collaborating with employees. The role encompasses receptionist duties, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for visitors to the Sydney office. The role also provides administration support for various teams.
Key duties include;
- Act as the first point of contact at reception and central point of contact for visitors, employees, and other teams (including Facilities and Technology) regarding Sydney office facilities,
- Provide general administrative assistance to teams in Sydney including booking domestic and international travel; assist with the monthly credit card reconciliation of accounts and processing of invoices.
- Sydney office management; act as on-site coordinator for visitors to the Sydney office including CEO, Executive team and board members; and welcoming visitors as the first contact point and co-ordination of access for the Sydney office, including external visitor passes.
To be successful it is imperative you have previous experience in a similar varied support role, ideally in a services environment. Be a reliable and pro-active self-starter with the ability to work self-sufficiently, prioritise work, meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy with solid understanding of administrative functions and office practices including diary, travel and cost centre management; and the ability to make well considered administration decisions.
- Consistent presence in the office for five days a week is expected to maintain a seamless work environment and experience.
