They're now looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to help drive commercial outcomes, manage contracts, and support the long-term success of major projects. This role is ideal for someone who’s commercially minded, confident in stakeholder management, and ready to play a key part in a business that’s continuing to grow.

What you'll be doing:
* Leading commercial strategy and contract management across key infrastructure projects
* Managing budgets, revenue forecasts, and profitability with a sharp financial lens
* Negotiating commercial terms and ensuring contracts are watertight and risk is managed
* Working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep things moving smoothly
* Supporting business growth and improving commercial outcomes across the board
What you'll need to bring:
* A degree in Business, Finance, or something similar — postgrad qualifications like an MBA are a bonus
* At least 5 years of commercial or contract management experience (ideally in infrastructure or utilities)
* Strong financial and analytical skills — you know how to turn numbers into smart decisions
* Confidence in negotiating and navigating contracts
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders
