WHO WE NEED
Challenger is seeking a number of enthusiastic, and results driven full time facility cleaner to join our team, working in a premier Aged Care or Independent Living Facility located in The Hills District and Western Sydney region.
Previous experience working in an Aged Care environment is an advantage for this position, but not a requirement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Help support the quality of life of elderly residents and make a positive impact to their wellbeing
* Complete tasks associated with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
* Cleaning both front of house and back of house areas
* Follow schedules and SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
* Other duties associated with cleaning requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7am
* Have experience in commercial cleaning and/or housekeeping environments
* Have a good understanding of the safety elements associated with the job
* Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling
* Have 2 vaccinations for Covid-19 and a current Influenza vaccination
* Have a valid NDIS Workers Check or willing to obtain one
* Have a valid police check
* Good presentation and grooming
* Sound communication skills
