Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation with Each being one of the lead agencies.
Each year, headspace nationally assists thousands of young people, and their families and friends, access vital support through headspace services in over 145 communities across Australia, including online and phone counselling services, vocational services, and a presence in schools.
Your role, your impact
As a Data Officer with headspace Eastern Shore, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people and their families by ensuring our data and reporting processes are accurate, efficient, and client-centred.
You will:
Support program management by providing accurate data for client intake, allocation, and caseload management
Develop and monitor reporting processes to meet internal and external requirements
Ensure compliance and data integrity across all services
Proactively seek ways to improve processes and drive performance
Provide administrative support as needed
Uphold client-centred, recovery-focused values in all interactions
Who We're Looking For
Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent discipline and/or experience
Experience as a support officer in a project-based environment (business/IT projects ideal)
Considerable administration experience, particularly with MS Office and databases
Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively with diverse communities
Ability to develop, implement, and maintain workflow processes

Experience in data management within health or community services
Proven technical skills in data management, Excel, and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
