About the Role
Lead clinical governance across acute, aged care and community services
Provide operational and strategic clinical leadership
Oversee quality, accreditation and compliance
Support, mentor and develop the nursing workforce
Work closely with GPs, allied health and executive leaders
Shared on‐call with Deputy DCON (minimal call‐outs)

About You
10–15 years' experience as an RN in Australia
Minimum 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
Strong understanding of aged care standards and accreditation
Commitment to rural and community‐centred care
Highly Regarded:
Aged care management experience
Experience in small rural health services
Approx. $143,000 + super
Salary packaging up to ~$10,000
