Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment coordination Managing candidate workflows in Employment Hero Producing and updating employment documentation Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes Maintaining employee records and HRIS data Supporting compliance and employment lifecycle requirements Supporting hiring managers across multiple sites. Partnering closely with Payroll to ensure smooth people operations & backup for running the Payroll Your Profile Experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role (or similar) Strong recruitment coordination experience Confidence working autonomously in a stand-alone HR role Solid understanding of HR processes and employment fundamentals High proficiency in Microsoft Word and HR systems (Employment Hero highly regarded) A proactive, agile & mature mindset Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting skills The confidence to escalate issues and navigate ambiguity A genuine growth mindset and positive attitude Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
