Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a full-time Rental Officer to join our Sunshine Coast team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, including weekends.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to identify customer needs. They will also possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to operate point-of-sale software.
Key responsibilities include:
Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter, handling bookings and customer phone enquiries, checking and cleaning vehicles prior to and on return of rentals, and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements include holding a valid Driver's Licence and submitting a Traffic History prior to commencement.
