Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate vehicle repairs with panel beaters, mechanics, and suppliers
* Order and track automotive parts required for repair jobs
* Schedule repair bookings and monitor job progress
* Liaise with customers regarding repair updates and timelines
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Maintain accurate job records and documentation
* Assist with reception and general administrative duties
* Follow up on parts deliveries and outstanding repair work
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in the automotive repair industry is preferred
* Knowledge of vehicle parts and repair processes
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Computer literacy and administration experience
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and multitask effectively
