We are seeking an experienced WHS Advisor to partner with site leadership and operational teams in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. This is a hands-on, floor-based role where you will influence leaders, embed proactive safety practices, and drive measurable improvements in safety performance.

Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring all operations understand, are trained in, and adhere to WHS policies, procedures, and current WHS legislative requirements
* Providing WHS advisory support across warehouse operations to support safe and compliant outcomes
* Assisting with internal, site-specific WHS audits, inspections, and spot checks
* Ensuring all operational WHS documentation, including risk assessments and Safe Work Method Statements, is current and fit for purpose
* Facilitating safety risk assessments, incident investigations, reporting, and statutory record keeping
* Driving continuous review and improvement of WHS management systems, policies, and procedures
* Supporting the development and facilitation of a safety-first culture through coaching, engagement, and leadership support

What You Bring:
You’re someone who pairs professional WHS expertise with the ability to influence, guide, and support people at all levels. You enjoy being on the floor, problem‑solving with leaders, and helping teams work safely and confidently.
To be successful, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience in a WHS Advisor or similar role - preferably in logistics, warehousing, 3PL, or another high‑risk operational environment
* Strong capability in risk assessment, control implementation, and monitoring
* Solid knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, relevant Standards, and Codes of Practice
* Experience supporting audits and inspections (external auditing qualifications a plus, but not essential)
* A minimum Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (tertiary qualifications highly regarded)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to influence, engage, and motivate teams to create a proactive safety culture
