About the role and where you will be working:
This role will assist with the Quality Improvement process by providing reports, trending and analysis of data from the various electronic systems, while working collaboratively with the Operational, Quality, Work Health and Safety, IT, Client Experience, and Learning and Development teams to enhance the documentation capabilities for care and services across the organisation.
We’ll also be asking you to:
- Develop, implement, maintain, and provide clinical and service reports for Service/Site/Program Managers, Operations Managers, Senior Leadership, Executive, Board, and Board subcommittees utilising Southern Cross Care WA’s Client Management and Quality Management Systems and alternative data sets as appropriate.
- Assist in developing and reporting on clinical, care, and feedback performance indicators and goals as required.
- Provide quality assurance of collated data, working with site clinical teams and the Quality team to respond to identified data trends and/or gaps as required.
- Implement clinical and feedback performance monitoring and analysis to provide timely and actionable data-driven insights regarding emerging clinical, care and feedback issues, quality improvement, and organisational risk identification and management.
- Complete clinical and feedback data reviews to identify and understand anomalies and provide recommendations to relevant staff and/or teams on improvement opportunities.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
- Working knowledge and experience in data warehousing, Power BI reporting and Analysis Tool, and Data Modelling Knowledge of the Aged Care and Community Care Industry
- Knowledge of the Mental Health and Disability Industry
- Experience in Accreditation and re-accreditation.
- Experience in the National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program
- Experience in the Australian National Aged Care Classification funding model.
- Awareness and understanding of the issues, legislation, standards, and practices relevant to the provision of safe, high quality and person-centred care in aged care and disability services
