Centurion Relationship Managers curate luxury travel and lifestyle experiences for our Centurion Members.


About the Role

This role involves building strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and exceeding expectations.

* Relationship Building: Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Card Servicing: Provide expert advice on card-related matters and resolve issues efficiently.
* Luxury Experience Creation: Plan and arrange exclusive travel, dining, and event experiences for clients.
* Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with luxury trends, destinations, and offerings to deliver exceptional service.
* Performance Metrics: Achieve key performance indicators while fostering loyalty and driving business growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Skillset: Be self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding experiences.
* Detailed Focus: Ensure accuracy and precision in every interaction and booking.
* Effective Communication: Articulate clearly and professionally through written and verbal correspondence.
* Travel Industry Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge of the retail travel industry and experience using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
* Relationship Building: Build trust and inspire confidence with clients.
* Problem-Solving: Resolve issues quickly and effectively.
* Knowledge of Luxury Products: Stay informed about luxury products, including airlines, hotels, retail, dining, theatre, fashion, sports, and events.
