We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Administration Assistant to support our project and operations teams. This is a 12-month parental leave coverage contract.
Overview
The Role
* Front desk reception, greeting visitors to our office
* Review documentation, drawings and correspondence for saving, version control and release
* Following up on outstanding drawings, approvals, variations and site requests
* Verifying measurements, quantities and specifications before issuing documentation
* General administrative tasks supporting the teams across the business
* Data entry and project information management
About You
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Comfortable reviewing project documentation (construction exposure advantageous)
* Confident communicating with the Project Managers, contractors and suppliers
* Able to effectively manage and prioritise urgent tasks without compromising accuracy
* Proactive and solutions-focused
* Experienced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Previous experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing or precast environments will be highly regarded but is not essential for the right candidate
