Ventia is offering long-term employment with the NSW Whole of Government Cleaning Contract for people with backgrounds in cleaning and/or hospitality for split shifts from 5am to 9am and 2pm to 6pm. We currently have vacancies in the below sites and casual positions available throughout the Blue Mountains:
* Springwood High School
* Blaxland High School
* Casual Positions available in the upper mountains (e.g. Katoomba and surrounding suburbs)
Please note we require you to have 5 days availability across Monday to Friday.
To promote work-life balance, we offer the following shifts:
* 8 hour positions available for split shifts (5am - 9am and 2 pm - 6pm)
* Early morning shift: 5am - 9am
* Afternoon shift: 2pm - 6pm
Key Duties:
* Cleaning of all touch points (taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles, bathrooms, etc.)
* Mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning of toilets
* Maintenance of stock supplies and orders
* Duties will change as per the shift you are available for
Skills & Experience:
* Good communication and time management skills
* An eye for detail and proactive approach
* The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
* No experience necessary
