We are currently working on behalf of a number of cabinetry & shopfitting businesses looking for a factory foreman on the North side of Brisbane. All of which are medium-sized manufacturing factories specialising in high-quality, custom joinery. The role would be a key leadership role in managing the daily operations of the factory floor and factory team. This position oversees production workflow, ensures projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, and provides hands-on support and guidance to tradespeople and apprentices. About You Qualified cabinet maker with trade certification Experience as a Factory Foreman (highly regarded) Proven experience as a Leading Hand or in a supervisory role (essential) Strong problem-solving ability and confidence working to deadlines Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and foster a positive team culture Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive approach Motivated to learn, open to feedback, and committed to growing your career within the industry Responsibilities & Duties Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production workflow Work hands-on when needed to support younger tradespeople and apprentices Ensure all projects are completed on time and to company quality standards Lead, manage, and motivate the factory team Conduct equipment and machinery maintenance Provide daily reporting and updates to production management What You'll Get in Return Full-time role with an immediate start available Competitive remuneration package Ongoing training and support from management Join a long-standing, positive, and supportive team environment Please call 0447 756 767 for more details or apply direct!
