Our client is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their professional team. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of 105 properties with the support of a Leasing Consultant.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end portfolio management of 105 properties
- Cultivating strong client relationships
- Ensuring timely resolution of rental arrears
- Preparing for and representing the company in Tribunal hearings when necessary
**About You**:
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience managing property portfolios
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Impeccable personal presentation and a highly professional demeanor
- Valid Driver's License
