We are currently seeking enthusiastic GolfShopDuty Supervisors to join our onsite team to provide excellent leadership and service to customers and patrons at Bundoora Park Public Golf Course, whilst also having the opportunity to work at multiple other City of Darebin venues including Northcote Public Golf Course.

The role
You will act as the face of our venue, primarily responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers through the following tasks and responsibilities:
Provide leadership and service to the customers and visitors of Northcoteand BundooraParkPublic GolfCoursesensuringhigh levelsofcustomerservice standards are followed
* Golf Operations tasks
* Food and Beverage duties
* Supervising and leading staff
* Opening and closing of the venue
* Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, policies and procedures including incident,accidentand hazard reporting

About you:
* Provendirectcustomer service experience
* Experience in supervising staff
* Experience operating point of sale equipment
* A positive attitude, excellentcommunicationand presentation skills
* Current police check
* Current Working with Children check
* Current First Aid & CPR qualifications
* RSA
* Ability towork days, mornings,eveningsand weekends.
