What started as a garage startup five years ago is now a multi-site operation of nearly 50 people, serving dental practices across Australia with precision‐crafted restorations, digital workflows, and a genuine commitment to clinical outcomes. The opportunity
We're entering our next phase of growth and we're creating this new Operations Manager role to help shape how we scale. This isn't a caretaker position and the role is not simply to run operations as they currently are. You'll have genuine influence over how our labs run, how our people grow, and how we build the systems and culture that carry us forward. If you're the kind of operator who thrives on building, not just maintaining, this is your role.
What you'll be doing
* Leading team leaders and technicians — coaching, developing, and managing performance across the business
* Owning daily production workflows, ensuring cases are delivered on time and to standard
* Building and maintaining SOPs, quality systems, and WHS compliance
* Managing HR processes end‐to‐end, from recruitment through to Fair Work obligations
* Reporting on operational performance and contributing to executive‐level planning
* Driving continuous improvement across departments, systems, and resources
What we're looking for
* Proven operations management experience, ideally in dental, medical device, or manufacturing environments
* A confident people leader with hands‐on HR experience
* Strong WHS knowledge and compliance experience
* Comfortable with CRM systems, dashboards, and data‐driven reporting
* A business or management degree is advantageous but not essential
