Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of customer understanding frameworks and processes throughout our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience or related disciplines and excellent communication skills.
The role will involve working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to build CX capability across the business. This will include leading the development of customer understanding frameworks and processes, supporting the development of CX data and analytics approaches, making recommendations for improvements within key customer journeys based on customer data and insights, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to build CX capability.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A strong background in customer experience or related disciplines such as customer engagement, marketing, user experience, data analysis and service design.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage different stakeholders around improvements to systems and processes.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to balance strategy with hands-on implementation.
