We are seeking a sophisticated and highly experienced Senior Associate to join a premier, industry-leading landscape practice in Sydney. This is a critical leadership role, acting as the primary 'Second in Command' to the Design Director and the Founding Principal. You will be the engine room of the studio, ensuring that the vision for the nation’s most exclusive high-net-worth projects is managed and delivered to an uncompromising standard.

You will step in once the initial creative direction is set, taking full ownership of project lifecycles for ultra-wealthy clients who expect a premium, seamless service. Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic 2IC Leadership: Act as the bridge between the Directors' creative vision and the studio’s output.
* Elite Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, maintaining the highest levels of professional service.
* Studio Oversight: Liaise with the General Manager to optimize project workflows and ensure the design team meets every milestone.
* Quality Assurance: Lead the transition from concept to construction, ensuring every detail reflects the brand’s premium identity.
* Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performing culture by providing leadership and technical guidance to a talented team of designers.
Skills, Experience & Requirements:
* Proven Track Record: 8+ years of experience within a high-end residential or boutique design practice.
* Technical Mastery: Exceptional documentation skills (Vectorworks preferred) with a deep understanding of the construction phase.
* Sophisticated Communication: Ability to navigate the nuances of working with high-profile individuals and industry-leading architects.
* Operational Excellence: Experience managing project programming, profitability, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
