Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and laying of asphalt surfaces according to project specifications.
Operate asphalt equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
Perform manual labor tasks including shoveling, raking, and compacting asphalt.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in asphalt construction or a similar field is required.
Ability to operate asphalt equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong work ethic and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license
HR Licence required
Construction White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
