What You'll Do:
* Professionally greet customers, answer phones and emails — be the voice and face of our company
* Manage inbound and outbound freight: packing, labeling, coordinating timely shipments
* Liaise with freight carriers to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery tracking
* Maintain meticulous shipment and delivery records — accuracy is your game
* Support general office tasks and essential data entry duties
* Assist teammates wherever needed to keep operations efficient and pleasant
* Operate MYOB invoicing software to create and manage invoices, ensuring billing accuracy and speed
What We Need from You:
* Exceptional communication skills and customer-first attitude—happy, clear, and professional on the phone and face-to-face
* Strong organizational skills and unmatched attention to detail in freight and paperwork
* Basic yet confident computer skills (outlook, Microsoft Office, email, plus MYOB invoicing highly regarded)
* A self-starter who works well independently but thrives on teamwork
* Previous experience in reception, freight, or warehouse operations is a plus but not a deal-breaker
* Proactive mindset — ready to jump in, solve problems, and add value daily
