JV Recruitment is currently seeking experienced precast concreters for ongoing work with a leading precast manufacturer located in Melbourne's western suburbs. This is a great opportunity for skilled individuals looking for consistent hours, excellent pay, and a positive working environment.
Key Details:
* Pay Rate: $47-50 per hour + penalties
* Shift Time: 4am – 12pm (early start, finish early)
* Penalty Rates Paid: All applicable shift and overtime penalties paid in accordance with the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020
* Location: Western Suburbs, Melbourne
* Immediate start available
* Weekly pay
What You'll Need to be successful:
* Proven experience as a precast concreter or strong background in concreting within civil or commercial projects
* Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings without supervision
* Strong focus on quality and safety
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Own reliable transport (due to early shift start)
Desirable but Not Essential:
* Precast yard/factory experience
* Additional tickets
