Job Description:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the Sales and Operations teams to deliver marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who's ready to learn, grow, and make an impact.
* Assist in delivering various marketing campaigns by coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, including social media scheduling, website updates, and email marketing
* Coordinate the creation of sales and event collateral, proposals, signage, and branded materials
* Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for exhibitions and activations
* Collaborate with external suppliers, designers, and printers to deliver high-quality marketing assets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1–3 years' experience in a marketing role (internships or freelance work also considered)
* A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and CMS tools (e.g. WordPress)
* Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva is a plus
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
