About the role
Express Plumbing in North Hobart, Tasmania is seeking an experienced and organised Administration Assistant to join our growing team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to our busy plumbing business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
What you'll be doing
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
* Scheduling and managing appointments and bookings
* Preparing invoices, purchase orders and other financial documents
* Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
* Assisting with general office administration tasks as required
* Providing excellent customer service to our clients
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management and organizational abilities
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
