* Deliver accredited civil construction training and competency-based assessments
* Teach practical skills such as operating skid steer loaders and elevated work platforms
* Support students in developing job-ready skills and confidence
* Adapt your teaching to meet diverse learning needs in a correctional setting
* Collaborate with fellow educators to create a supportive and respectful learning environment
* Uphold safety, compliance, and cultural sensitivity in all aspects of your teaching
Required Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
* Elevated Work Platform (EWP) qualifications
* Construction Induction Card (CIC – WorkSafe)
* Skid Steer Loader competency and experience teaching it
* Relevant civil construction qualifications and industry experience
* Experience teaching in vocational education settings
* Additional qualifications in related areas of study (highly regarded)
* A commitment to working within a correctional facility environment
