Role The relevant role is an office based Senior Estimator position for a South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne location and will involve responsibilities such as: Assist and prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates Collect and analyze drawings to prepare tenders Liaise with stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors Developing budgets and monitor project costs Attend and prepare tender meetings Requirements 5 years of Estimator experience for a Commercial Headcontractor D&C experience Previous experience managing Estimating teams/junior level Estimators heavily favorable Proficient with Cubit, Cubit Select, Bluebeam and MS Packages Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team player, collaborative and determined attitude Full Australian working rights Interested?
